Carol is our office manager and is extremely knowledgeable in life insurance - She has over 40 years of insurance experience and loves to use her knowledge to help families be protected.

She enjoys reading, gardening, swimming, and spending time with her family and especially loves being a grandmother. She wants to always be available to help customers when they face the challenge of navigating their claims and to give them a better understanding of how they can maximize their insurance plans.

Before joining State Farm, Cindy had 10 years of experience working in customer service. She enjoys working with people, which is evident through her cheerful and pleasant personality. She was born and raised in Hong Kong, speaks Cantonese and some Mandarin. During her free time, she enjoys watching TV dramas, reading, listening to classical Chinese music, and grabbing a bite to eat with her friends!

Laura is here to assist you with your insurance needs and with banking services State Farm and US Bank have partnered on. With over ten years of insurance experience, Laura enjoys answering questions and taking time to really explain what is covered on each type of policy. Education and meeting our customer’s needs is her priority. She also finds purpose in being there to help our customers when there is a claim and be their advocate. She is dedicated and devoted to her co-workers and customers. In her free-time she enjoys spending time with her husband and 5 children. Between soccer and ballet and school concerts, she and her family enjoy watching movies, getting boba, going on hikes and eating good food with cousins and extended family. She also enjoys writing children stories in her free time. Laura is here and ready to serve you!

Matthew majored in finance and accounting and joined the State Farm family in 2019. His passion is to educate customers to make informed decisions to protect themselves and their families with the right coverage and products. He is also patient in giving customers the guidance and attention when things go wrong. In his free time, you’ll find him serving his church community, reading, exploring hiking trails, playing board games, and karaoke!
